Description
The Maintenance Supervisor monitors maintenance calls, prioritizes electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and tooling repairs, supports safety and preventive maintenance, coordinates work orders and extended shifts, assigns production work, leads downtime problem-solving, and develops maintenance technicians. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field, at least three years of manufacturing, maintenance, or production support experience, and knowledge of TPM, maintenance planning, procurement, technical documentation, and Microsoft Office. The position is for indefinite U.S. work authorization only, with future work authorization sponsorship unavailable.
