Description
Avanath is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, coordinate work orders and vendors, manage maintenance staff, maintain inventory and preventative programs, conduct inspections, and support resident relations and customer service. The role requires at least three years of multifamily property maintenance experience, one year of supervisory experience, expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry, a valid driver’s license, and availability for on-call and weekend work. Compensation is $29–$30 USD, with health, dental, and vision benefits.
