BRP is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to support the General Maintenance Supervisor in Assembly and Manufacturing plants. The role involves planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling maintenance operations; communicating expectations and critical issues; coaching and developing teams; resolving non-conformities and health and safety risks; managing equipment-repair budgets; and monitoring equipment durability through CMMS KPIs. The position requires a DEC in Industrial Maintenance Technology or equivalent, strong technical knowledge, maintenance-planning experience, CMMS, Word, Excel, and SAP proficiency, and knowledge of manufacturing environments.
