Description
Envolve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for its Bentwood Townhomes in St. Louis, Missouri. The role oversees facility and maintenance equipment, performs scheduled and emergency repairs across HVAC, appliances, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and pool systems, conducts maintenance training, inspects work, maintains records and parts inventory, and responds to emergency calls. Candidates must have five to ten years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and previous multifamily experience. The position pays up to $30 per hour and includes a $2,000 signing bonus split into two payments, along with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, paid holidays, and paid time off.
