Description
Envolve Client Services Group is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility and maintenance equipment at Hickory Lake. The role manages scheduled and emergency repairs across HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and pool systems; trains and inspects maintenance personnel; handles maintenance requests and parts inventory; and requires 24-hour emergency availability. Candidates need three years of maintenance experience, multifamily experience, HVAC and EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and a college degree is preferred. The position pays $32.00–$35.00 and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, paid time off, and other benefits.
