Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all facility maintenance, renovation, repair, and emergency response activities under the Manager. The role supervises and trains maintenance staff, coordinates contractors and on-call schedules, monitors quality and budgets, maintains facilities manuals and safety standards, and performs general repairs, HVAC inspections, and preventative maintenance. A high school diploma or GED and apartment-maintenance experience are preferred, along with HVAC certification.
