Description
The Maintenance Supervisor operates the maintenance department, manages and trains maintenance personnel, schedules repairs and preventive maintenance, maintains CNC and PLC equipment, uses a CMMS for work orders and inventory, coordinates with vendors, and supports continuous improvement and safety. The role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, prioritization, and computer skills, along with the ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and lift 25 pounds or less.
