Chromalloy is hiring an on-site Maintenance Supervisor in Orangeburg, New York, to lead maintenance operations across Plasma, Heat Treat, Machine Shop, and HVPA areas. The role supervises maintenance technicians, plans and coordinates preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots production equipment and facility systems, manages parts and hazardous materials, supports emergency response, and develops employee performance and safety standards. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of manufacturing supervisory experience, and knowledge of industrial maintenance, equipment repair, and facility systems.
