Description
Chromalloy is hiring an on-site Maintenance Supervisor in Orangeburg, New York to lead maintenance operations across Plasma, Heat Treat, Machine Shop, and HVPA operations. The role supervises maintenance technicians, plans and coordinates preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots equipment and facility systems, manages parts and hazardous materials, supports emergency response, and develops employee performance and training. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and knowledge of industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and maintenance systems; an associate degree in a related field is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekend coverage, on-site Saturday support, and on-call Sunday support.
