Conifer Realty is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Yonkers, New York to lead and train maintenance staff, manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate budgets and inspections, ensure safety and housing compliance, and assist with repairs and seasonal work. The role requires at least five years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, HVAC certification, knowledge of inspections and Fair Housing, and experience managing vendors and maintenance schedules. The position pays $30.00–$35.00 per hour, follows a Monday–Friday schedule with an on-call rotation, and may include Saturdays and rotating weekend coverage.
