Description
The Maintenance Supervisor maintains a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff by performing maintenance on units and equipment, overseeing the maintenance team, managing work orders, inspecting properties, coordinating vendors and contractors, monitoring inventory, and correcting unsafe conditions. The role requires at least two years of multi-family property maintenance experience, EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certifications, a valid driver’s license, transportation, and the ability to work over 40 hours per week.
