Description
DG Foods is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for its Bastrop plant. The role performs electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and refrigeration maintenance and repair; directs workers in diagnosing equipment malfunctions; leads dismantling, assembly, and installation of industrial machinery; oversees safety, training, work orders, preventive maintenance, and purchase orders; and coordinates with USDA on maintenance-related deficiencies. The position requires knowledge of 110V and 480V electrical circuits, VFD drives, A/C and D/C controls, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and at least one year of NH3 refrigeration experience, along with a high school diploma or GED.
