Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and coordinate the General Maintenance team and external contractors at the Castets site in Landes, France, overseeing preventive, corrective, improvement, and equipment-reliability maintenance for production facilities and energy systems. The role manages maintenance schedules and budgets, monitors interventions, prepares reports, supports emergency response and on-call coverage, and promotes QHSE and safety practices. It requires a two-year post-secondary maintenance qualification, relevant experience, French proficiency, Microsoft Office, and SAP knowledge; English is an advantage.
