Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities in a large-scale industrial continuous-process manufacturing environment, including supervising Maintenance Technicians and Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians, coordinating work flow, managing work orders and inventory through a CMMS, driving reliability and continuous-improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The role requires an associate degree or higher in a STEM-related field, seven years of maintenance operations experience, five years of supervisory experience, and the ability to work around industrial equipment and respond to emergency issues on a 24/7 basis.
