Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee property maintenance operations at Contour at NoDa, including compliance, workflow efficiency, cost-saving initiatives, employee management and training, work-order allocation, budget monitoring, vendor negotiations, maintenance scheduling, and property inspections. The role requires property maintenance experience, three years of manager or supervisor experience, HVAC and pool certifications, a valid driver’s license, and preferred Yardi and high-school-equivalent qualifications. It is a full-time hourly position in Charlotte, North Carolina, with healthcare, 401(k), and other benefits.
