Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities at the Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Mill, supervise mechanical trades team members, support safety and environmental policies, and ensure equipment availability through preventative and predictive maintenance. The role also involves problem-solving, documentation, KPI monitoring, leadership, communication, and project management, with availability for evenings and weekends. A degree or diploma in engineering or a related discipline, or a relevant Red Seal certification, plus at least five years of supervisory experience in maintenance or manufacturing, is required.
