Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance trades, technicians, and contractors at a pulp and paper mill in Edmundston, New Brunswick. The role oversees preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; equipment troubleshooting; emergency breakdowns; maintenance planning and scheduling; contractor coordination; safety and regulatory compliance; reliability improvements; and performance metrics. The position requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, prior maintenance leadership experience, and fluent French and English communication.
