Description
Enterprise is hiring a maintenance leader to oversee the physical condition, safety, appearance, and operational efficiency of a residential property. The role manages maintenance staff, coordinates preventive and emergency repairs, oversees apartment turnovers, landscaping and grounds upkeep, resident service requests, vendor contracts, supplies, budgets, regulatory compliance, training, and complex resident issues. It requires at least three years of maintenance technician or applicable experience, a high school diploma or GED, broad building-trade knowledge, and EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification (or the ability to obtain it within 90 days).
