Description
Enterprise Residential is hiring a maintenance supervisor to lead the maintenance department at an affordable housing community. The role oversees property condition, repairs, preventive and emergency maintenance, apartment turnovers, grounds and landscaping upkeep, resident service requests, budgets, service contracts, regulatory compliance, and staff training and supervision. It requires at least three years of maintenance technician or applicable experience, a high school diploma or GED, broad building-systems knowledge, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification, hand and power tool proficiency, leadership, organization, and communication skills.
