Description
Enterprise is hiring a maintenance supervisor to lead the maintenance department for a residential community. The role oversees property condition, repairs, preventive and emergency maintenance, apartment turnovers, grounds and landscaping upkeep, safety, service requests, budgets, contracts, regulatory compliance, and resident service. It supervises, trains, and evaluates maintenance associates and requires at least three years of maintenance technician or applicable experience, a high school diploma or GED, broad building-systems knowledge, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification, hand and power tool proficiency, leadership, organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
