Forvia is seeking a maintenance leader to plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production equipment, robots, automated cells, welding systems, and plant infrastructure. The role focuses on maximizing equipment availability and reliability, monitoring maintenance KPIs, leading and developing maintenance staff, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards including IATF 16949 in an automotive manufacturing environment.
