Description
Finlays Solutions is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for its San Antonio, Texas manufacturing facility. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and oversees maintenance staff, schedules, repair projects, audits, safety programs, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, schematics, continuous improvement, and cross-training. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, extensive food and beverage maintenance and beverage manufacturing experience, CMMS and Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to work the second shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The role is non-exempt, requires physical work in a manufacturing environment, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
