The role focuses on equipment reliability, preventive and crisis maintenance, safety, downtime reduction, MTTR and MTBF improvement, root-cause problem solving, team development, and cross-functional collaboration with production and engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, rotating shifts, and PLC logic and controls knowledge; Lean, Six Sigma, or military decision-making experience is preferred. It is an onsite, salary-grade-7 role paying $86,600–$144,900, with medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage, and no visa sponsorship.
