Ford of Canada is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead an hourly maintenance team in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on workplace safety, operational excellence, production targets, problem solving, resource allocation, team development, data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, quality assurance, conflict resolution, and accountability. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience, PLC logic and controls knowledge, and the ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. The expected annual salary is $85,000–$135,000, with possible bonus eligibility, and the role is onsite in Canada.
