Foster Farms is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to supervise maintenance functions in their Processing, Packaging, and Rotisserie rooms. The successful candidate will plan and direct preventive maintenance and repair activities, ensuring safe working conditions and high-quality craftsmanship. They will also develop and implement continuous employee training programs, conduct safety initiatives, and manage material and tool procurement needs for the maintenance department. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with extensive experience in poultry processing machinery.
