Description
The Maintenance Supervisor assists the Executive Director in maintaining and operating the physical aspects of a community. The role organizes, directs, and supervises maintenance personnel and contractors; schedules staff; manages hours, payroll, and maintenance budgets; coordinates safety and life-safety systems; monitors HVAC and other building systems; and ensures compliance with company, federal, state, and local requirements. Applicants must be at least 18, have at least two years of maintenance-related experience in senior living, hospitality, apartment complexes, or a similar background, pass a criminal background screening, hold a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record, and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
