Description
The Service Director oversees and performs technical and mechanical maintenance for apartment properties, including resident service requests, make-ready inspections, routine upkeep, preventive maintenance, contractor oversight, safety compliance, inventory, budget support, and documentation. The role supervises service team members, requires hands-on work in all weather, and includes on-call availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants need at least two to three years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent, a high school diploma or GED, EPA refrigerant recycling certification, a valid pool or spa operator certificate, and a current driver’s license.
