Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and performs technical and mechanical maintenance for apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. The role handles resident service requests, routine upkeep, make-ready inspections, contractor and vendor oversight, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, inventory, budget support, and resident communication. It requires at least two to three years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent, a high school diploma or GED, EPA refrigerant recycling certification, a valid pool or spa operator certificate, and a current driver’s license. The position is full-time, typically 40 hours per week, and may require travel to other properties.
