Description
Good Oil Company is hiring a full-time Maintenance Director (HVAC) to lead and develop a maintenance team while performing hands-on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs. The role includes prioritizing work orders, overseeing preventive maintenance, managing inventory and equipment, coordinating contractors, ensuring safe and budgeted completion, and participating in an on-call rotation. The position is based in Northwest Indiana or Northern Indiana, requires HVAC certification and at least five years of HVAC experience, and follows a Monday-Friday schedule with after-hours and weekend on-call duties.
