Description
The Maintenance Supervisor directs and manages maintenance staff and daily maintenance operations for assigned public housing sites. The role oversees building and grounds inspections, repairs, pest control, resident maintenance requests, contractor coordination, supplies, reporting, procurement, and life-safety activities, while supervising maintenance aides, laborers, custodians, and temporary employees. The position requires an associate’s degree in a relevant field, three years of related experience, commercial pest-control certification, a valid Ohio driver’s license, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
