Description
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager and leads a technical team of mechanics, electrical technicians, and central pallet operators at the Mt Royal Plant. The role manages equipment performance, preventive and weekly maintenance schedules, health, safety, quality, corrective and preventive actions, operational problem resolution, technical shutdowns, team development, and equipment-reliability indicators. Candidates need a technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or an equivalent field, manufacturing-team-management or mechanical/electrical expertise, English proficiency, computerized preventive-maintenance-system experience, and MS Office proficiency. The position is a Monday-to-Friday day shift with a base salary of $84,000 to $105,000 and eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
