Description
Harbor Group Management Company is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties to oversee and perform maintenance operations, lead a maintenance team, handle resident service requests, coordinate vendors and contractors, complete preventative maintenance and make-ready work, manage inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards. The role requires at least three years of multifamily property maintenance experience, one year of supervisory experience, relevant technical expertise, EPA Universal or HVAC certification, and availability for emergency on-call work.
