Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance team and ensures reliable operation of manufacturing equipment in a plastic molding production environment. The role leads preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, manages work orders, coordinates with production and engineering, and trains staff while maintaining safety and equipment records. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or maintenance, at least five years of manufacturing maintenance experience including two years in a supervisory role, and proficiency with schematics, blueprints, and fluid-power systems.
