Description
The Maintenance Supervisor leads a 24/7 maintenance team, providing 60% to 80% floor leadership and overseeing planned maintenance, daily work assignments, equipment reliability, safety, quality, cost, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates mechanics and production leaders, supports preventive maintenance and PM software, conducts root-cause analysis, monitors performance metrics, and may work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is desired, and 5–10 years of related experience or equivalent education is preferred.
