Description

HWI is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in South Shore, Kentucky to lead plant maintenance activities, improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance with production, manage parts and CMMS records, analyze root causes, and support continuous improvement and safety compliance. The role supervises and develops maintenance capabilities across electrical, electrical controls, general maintenance, and skilled trades in an industrial manufacturing operation. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, four to six years of plant maintenance and supervisory experience, strong computer and CMMS skills, and knowledge of OSHA, ISO 9001:2015, and Lean manufacturing practices.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel, with in-depth CMMS knowledge.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
Lean manufacturing and Lean management knowledge.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
