HSL Asset Management, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support maintenance operations in apartment communities. The role involves supervising technicians, porters, and housekeepers; assigning and inspecting work; managing resident service requests; performing repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, and other systems; overseeing make-ready and turnover work; developing preventative maintenance schedules; coordinating vendors and contractors; maintaining safety and compliance; and supporting grounds and custodial needs. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or vocational certificate, 3–5 years of apartment maintenance or related experience, at least one year of supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and strong troubleshooting, leadership, safety, and customer-service skills.
