Description
The Facility Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance department for a food manufacturing facility, overseeing equipment repair, maintenance, installation, preventive and project work, contractor management, safety, inspections, and shift continuity. The role requires a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience, Lean manufacturing expertise, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
