Description
Podtech Data Centre Inc. is hiring an on-site Maintenance Supervisor to lead and mentor maintenance technicians while overseeing the safe operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical mechanical systems in a data centre. The role manages preventative and corrective maintenance programs, spare parts, vendors, work performance, documentation, commissioning, and coordination with Operations leadership. Candidates should have at least five years of maintenance experience, including two years in a supervisory or lead role, along with relevant trade certification or equivalent experience, industrial facility knowledge, and strong leadership and safety skills. The position offers CAD $46–$54 per hour, extended health and dental benefits, and RRSP matching.
