Description
Irondale Post Acute is hiring a Maintenance Director to lead and supervise a maintenance team, coordinate contractors and vendors, inspect life-safety systems, control inventory, manage the department within budget, and implement safety and disaster plans. The role requires two years of supervisory experience in maintenance or plant-related work, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler, compressor, and generator systems, blueprint-reading ability, and familiarity with building codes and safety regulations. The schedule is Monday through Friday morning shift with on-call and weekend responsibilities, and the salary is $65,000–$75,000.
