JBS USA is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for its Greeley, Colorado Value Added Plant on the third shift. The role leads hourly maintenance mechanics, schedules and prioritizes work, oversees purchasing and training, ensures food-safety and safety-program compliance, reduces production downtime, and develops planned maintenance programs. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of mechanical background, and preferably food-manufacturing experience. Compensation is a base salary of $69,000–$93,000 plus incentive pay, with medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning after 60 days.
