Description
The Maintenance Supervisor (ORD) oversees station maintenance personnel and coordinates administrative, training, safety, labor relations, and production activities for aircraft and ground support equipment. The role supervises maintenance, preventative maintenance, alterations, and repairs; manages tools, spare parts, and equipment; communicates with Line Station Managers and Maintenance Control; and may take disciplinary action. Candidates must have at least one year of experience maintaining the same category and class of airplanes operated by Kalitta Air, hold an FAA Airframe & Power Plant Certificate and a 14 CFR Part 65 certificate, be organized and computer-literate, and be a United States citizen.
