Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees shift workload and assigns work to technicians, monitors workflow, updates the bus-ready list, performs quality and compliance inspections, reviews work orders, adjusts assignments, counsels technicians, and closes out shifts. The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in heavy-duty truck or bus maintenance, computer literacy with intermediate Word and Excel skills, maintenance audit and inspection ability, and flexibility for a 24/7 operation. The position also requires passing drug and alcohol screening, a favorable background check, and a physical examination.
