Description
Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a second-shift role from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The supervisor will coordinate, plan, and supervise approximately seven maintenance technicians; lead TPM and Lean continuous-improvement initiatives; support equipment reliability, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, contractor work, and safety; and train and develop the maintenance team. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and collaborates with Production, EH&S, Quality, HR, Finance, and Engineering. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management is preferred, along with mechanical or electrical production-maintenance experience, PLC knowledge, at least three years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, SAP or CMS proficiency, and strong Microsoft Office skills. The position is salaried and exempt, with a target compensation range of $76,400 to $110,000, bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits.
