Description
Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a second-shift role from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The supervisor coordinates, plans, and supervises approximately seven maintenance technicians; leads TPM and Lean continuous-improvement initiatives; supports equipment reliability, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, contractor work, safety, and team development; and reports to the Maintenance Manager. The position requires mechanical or electrical production-maintenance experience, preferably PLC knowledge, at least three years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, SAP or CMS proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management is preferred. Compensation is $76,400 to $110,000, with bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits.
