Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Janesville, Wisconsin to support the Maintenance Manager and lead a three-shift maintenance team of approximately 18 employees. The role oversees training, scheduling, equipment and building maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance, spare parts inventory, contractor coordination, and downtime reduction. Candidates need manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic concepts, and leadership experience; CMMS, maintenance-supervisor, thermoforming, or extrusion experience is advantageous.
