Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for its Plywood facility in Madison, Georgia. The role manages a team of Millwrights, prioritizes and schedules maintenance work, oversees equipment inspections and preventive maintenance, ensures work orders and safety compliance, coordinates on-call rotations, and supports mill management activities. Candidates need at least three years of preventative and predictive maintenance experience, experience with parts inventory and computerized maintenance systems or SAP, and preferably an associate degree or higher in a relevant field, supervisory manufacturing experience, and RCM implementation experience.
