Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance department and manages maintenance staff, work orders, preventive maintenance, repairs, emergency responses, vendor coordination, records, and safety. The role requires at least two years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor managing direct reports, general building-trades or repair experience, the ability to work at the property, strong communication and reporting skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes. It is a full-time position with days and hours determined by the property.
