Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance department and manages maintenance staff, work orders, preventive maintenance, repairs, emergency responses, vendor coordination, records, and safety at a property. The role requires at least two years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor managing direct reports, general building-trades or repair experience, the ability to work at the job location, strong communication and reporting skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes. It is a full-time position with days and hours determined by the property.
