Description
C+C Apartment Management LLC is hiring a maintenance-focused property operations professional responsible for building repairs, apartment turnover and make-ready work, preventive maintenance, grounds and common-area upkeep, vendor and inventory management, staff coordination, inspections, and supervision of capital projects across residential properties. The role requires general knowledge of building repair trades, construction and landscaping tools, purchasing and safety procedures, recordkeeping, janitorial practices, and resident communication. A high school diploma is preferred but not required, and 2–3 years of maintenance and/or construction supervision experience is ideal.
