Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will support the Director/Manager of Maintenance by supervising and directing maintenance team personnel, coordinating the Mass Transportation Authority fleet, monitoring vehicle and equipment repairs, managing work assignments and schedules, supporting training and safety programs, reviewing maintenance data, and assisting with purchasing and reporting. The role requires availability for all three shifts, a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree in management or a related field or five years of management/supervisory experience, at least five years of experience as a mechanic or in relevant experience, and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. The salary is $64,000-$72,000, and applications are accepted until the position is filled.
